Side i guess.  Like a stacked view starting at the face of the steering wheel to the cap with the Buick emblem. I think im missing a spring. The horn ring has zero movement when mounted.

 got the rear end completely disassembled and clean new seals and wheel bearings are in the mail.  Thinking if I should install an electric pump while I have the tank and such down.  I had the mechanical one rebuilt with ethanol tolerant parts but have heard the electric makes a good backup, especially to prevent vapor lock.

Yes.  And to fill the carb before attempting to start.  A side benefit is the points will last up to 30K miles since the prolonged cranking that sends full 12v to the coil and points in minimal.
